Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Utility Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Utility department, you will be responsible for ensuring that trucks and trailers are loaded safely and accurately, and managing warehouse organization and inventory. You will work closely with your supervisor to carry out tasks and contribute to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks/trailers, ensuring receipt of goods matches packing list for proper material and amounts.
  • Inspect trailers for damage and report any issues.
  • Put finished goods in proper rows, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records using proper scanning practices.
  • Assist in setting up and putting away WIP totes, and keeping accurate inventory of warehouse supplies.
  • Regrind roll and tray scrap, make and weigh scrap bales, and clean and maintain the baler.
  • Cycle count inventory and keep racks picked up to make room for additional inventory.
Requirements
  • Certified forklift operator (propane)
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand detailed instructions
  • Accurate record-keeping

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Good mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. consistently
