Apollo Behavior is a premier Behavioral Health Center seeking enthusiastic BSTs and seasoned behavior consultants to join our team. Our specialists assist children with autism in reaching their fullest potential through our center-based applied behavior analysis program.
We are committed to delivering exceptional clinical services while fostering a supportive work environment. Our BCBAs maintain low billable hour expectations with manageable and ethical caseloads. Our BSTs receive competitive compensation and excellent ongoing training. We prioritize a fun, collaborative, and non-bureaucratic culture that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
All our specialists become certified BSTs within 3-4 weeks of joining the organization. As a BST, you will provide individualized therapy based on the principles of applied behavior analysis to children with autism, primarily in a clinic setting.

What does a typical day at Apollo entail?
- Implementing treatment objectives and behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of Behavior Analysts.
- Collecting data throughout the day - if a child doesn't learn the way we teach, we adapt our teaching methods.
- Providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism - we ensure it is enjoyable.
- Offering feedback regarding client progress to a Case Supervisor.
- Documenting summaries about interactions with the child and their progress.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher with a desire to learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis.
