You will be responsible for ensuring company policies and procedures are followed while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store safety and appearance.

  • Oversee store operations and personnel to guarantee seamless delivery of customer services.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Direct and coach employees to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
  • Perform routine equipment and yard maintenance tasks.
  • Order and receive merchandise according to inventory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
