The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in a pediatric ED environment, with demonstrated performance and practice. They must have ED experience within the past six months and hold a valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. A minimum salary of $120,000 is offered for this position, reflecting the high demand for specialized nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Pediatric Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide critical care to pediatric patients in an emergency setting.
- To deliver specialized services equipped to handle various trauma scenarios and physical/mental health conditions.
- To assess incoming patients, prioritizing their medical needs accordingly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 18 months of Nursing experience in a pediatric ED environment.
