We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Resident Experience Specialist to join our team at our 275+ unit apartment community in Albany, NY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, overseeing property operations, and developing strategies to improve resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Relations:
    • Develop and implement resident retention programs and initiatives to foster a sense of community and increase resident satisfaction.
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Coordinate community events and activities to enhance resident engagement.
  • Operations Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve property operations and reduce costs.
    • Monitor property maintenance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the property's budget, including rent collection and forecasting financial performance.
    • Optimize revenue through effective lease management and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities.
    • Review financial statements and reports, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
  • Leasing and Marketing:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and achieve high occupancy rates.
    • Conduct market analysis and stay informed about competitive rental rates and trends.
    • Oversee the leasing process, ensuring vacancies are minimized and leases are executed.
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise property staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to achieve operational goals.
  • Compliance and Legal:
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and legal updates.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in property management or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and financial management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience. Great benefits and growth opportunities available.
