- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- ~ 1 year RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- ~ 2 years RN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting highly desirable.
