About the Role

Cortica is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-time Board Certified Autism Therapist to join its team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and other developmental differences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients, ensuring that their individual needs are met and their progress is tracked.
  • Provide Clinical Supervision: Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality care.
  • Ensure Quality Clinical Care: Maintain high standards of clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours, and ensuring productivity expectations are met.
  • Monitor and Update Programming: Regularly review and update programming aspects of each client's clinical case, ensuring that their needs are met and their progress is tracked.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with cross-disciplinary agencies and teams to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.
  • Participate in Clinical Integration Meetings: Participate in clinical integration meetings to ensure that clients receive seamless care.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate Cortica's core values and lead by example, inspiring and motivating other team members to do the same.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Human Services or Related Field: Possess a master's degree in a relevant field, such as human services or a related field.
  • Current and Unrestricted License/Certification: Hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain.
  • Experience Working with Children with Autism: Have experience working with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental differences.
  • Knowledge of ABA Practices: Possess a working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working in a home-based setting.
  • Software and System Skills: Be skilled at using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • HIPAA Knowledge: Have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
