Wellness Nurse

At Bickford Senior Living, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Wellness Nurse to join our team. As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the care of our residents, ensuring their daily medication needs are met with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:- Accurately administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and Bickford's policies and procedures.
- Utilize the eMAR system to manage medication administration and communicate effectively with clinical leadership.
- Provide direct resident care and supervision of non-licensed team members as needed.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the Bickford Mission 'Whatever it Takes' to all team members on shift.
- Active license as a LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Competent in written and verbal communication, with a focus on effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required.
