About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and care of surgical patients, ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instrumentation and equipment, adhering to strict sterile protocols.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures, maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical technology.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, upholding the values of MultiCare Health System.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date.
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in a surgical setting, preferably in an operating room environment.
