Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating data-driven approaches to drive positive outcomes.
  • Provide direct supervision to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional services.
  • Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to identify goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
