Job Description

As a Pizza Artisan/Cook at Flippers Pizzeria, you will be responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.

The Opportunity

  • Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas
  • Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor

Position Responsibilities:

  • Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
  • Making & managing fresh dough made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
  • Clean as you go
