In our dynamic and growing team at Hapner Lawn and Landscape LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our lawn and landscape office.

As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing office tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. Your primary focus will be on handling phone calls and emails, as well as maintaining accurate records and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone and email, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in leadership or administration, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other relevant software applications.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $25 to 30 per hour. Our office is located in a scenic country setting, providing a peaceful and inspiring environment for productivity and growth.
