We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Medical Director Services PC. As a skilled nursing facility care provider, you will be responsible for assessing patient health, performing physical examinations, and obtaining medical histories.
As a primary care physician for long-term residents, you will work collaboratively with the medical attending/physician and nursing home staff to provide high-quality care. You will build relationships with residents and families, educate them on evidence-based care, and formulate plans that meet their needs and desires.
Additionally, you will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies. You will also ensure that standards align with the core values of Medical Director Services PC, including being respectful, professional, and cognizant of all cultural, personal, and religious beliefs.
Requirements for this position include being Board Certified and having extensive training. We will consider applicants with hospital setting experience.
