  • Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets

  • Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks

  • Hang doors and install door locks
  • Replace broken window panes
  • Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Perform emergency service and troubleshooting of users' vacuum systems
  • Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on vacuum pumps
  • Provide periodic maintenance for the back shops and grounds equipment
  • Assist and oversee the required maintenance in the laboratories and offices
  • Provide security and delivery at shipping and receiving
  • Unload trucks with the fork lift

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • US Citizenship

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
