Patient Access Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain accurate records.
- Facilitate patient flow by collecting co-payments, obtaining signatures, and making updates on patient charts.
- Perform administrative duties, including revenue cycles and maintaining schedules.
- High school diploma and preferred Associate's degree in healthcare-related areas.
- Preferred two years of experience in a medical setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
