Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the nursing team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Development: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote professional growth and development.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: Current and active Registered Nursing (RN) license issued by this state.
  • Experience: Preferably three (3) years of experience working with medically complex individuals, and one (1) year of experience in a leadership/management role.
  • Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Health Care Providers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
