  • Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques and tools to identify and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy equipment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Work closely with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure their operations run smoothly.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • CDL B License: Possess a valid CDL B license and be able to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of heavy equipment mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 70 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
