Job Title: Enterprise Applications Director

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Director to lead our team in overseeing the deployment, user experience, and optimization of enterprise applications related to HR, payroll, finance, and document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Advocacy: Build strong relationships with business units to advocate for application utilization, support, and training.
  • Needs Analysis: Analyze the needs of business units to ensure applications meet performance expectations.
  • Application Monitoring: Monitor application usage, identify gaps, and suggest workflow improvements.
  • Custom Modifications: Lead decision-making regarding custom modifications when appropriate.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships to stay updated on product roadmaps.
  • Accessibility and Compliance: Ensure applications are accessible and compliant with relevant standards.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage IT analysts and developers, providing guidance and feedback for professional growth.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT team, including troubleshooting, handling change requests, and project management.
  • Documentation: Maintain application documentation, including business process guides and standard operating procedures.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics to improve team efficiency and service delivery.
  • Professional Development: Encourage ongoing professional development for team members in both IT and leadership.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning sessions and collaborate with leadership to align projects with organizational goals.
