Job Summary: As a Business Solutions Expert at Cardinal Health, you will play a vital role in managing customer relationships, assessing business needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize efficiency and profitability across various sales environments.
- Conduct thorough analyses of customer business plans to identify suitable solutions and optimal implementation timelines.
- Utilize the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain disciplined selling process/tools to implement effective solutions and document activities within our CRM system.
- Promote improved operating efficiencies within assigned customers by selecting and implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal support functions to achieve objectives and facilitate seamless transitions of new business customers to Cardinal Health.
Responsibilities:
- Foster long-term relationships with existing customers and establish expertise as a trusted advisor to support customers and the Sales Team.
- Develop high-quality reports, written communication, presentations, and other materials as requested by sales management.
- Participate in customer calls, lead internal discussions, and validate the utilization of solution suite tools.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, possessing strong communication and decision/action skills, and be self-motivated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, demonstrating strong academic foundation.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a consultative environment, preferably with a proven track record of success.
- Strong business acumen and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to travel extensively, with some overnight travel required, up to 75% of the time.
