Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Stark Security Inc. as a Security Officer on a detail, team of 6 Officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be successful, demonstrate great leadership skills, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure the safety and security of clients' property and assets.
  • Enforce Policies: Maintain a visual deterrent while enforcing clients' policies and state law.
  • Arrest and Detain: Arrest and detain individuals in the event of a crime occurring in your presence.
  • Report Incidents: Record and report any suspicious activities or incidents to supervisors.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain daily activity reports and incident reports as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High school qualification or equivalent.
  • Licensure: State PERC License.
  • Skills: Basic first aid skills, physical strength and fitness, and attention to detail.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Security Guard would be advantageous.
  • Availability: Must have open availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (9pm to 5am).
