Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with our patients and families. In this role, you will:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs and goals.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and modification of treatment plans to ensure timely progression and optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate treatment programs with other clinical and therapeutic services, as well as community resources, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide patient education and instruction on comprehensive and progressive home programs to promote independence and self-care.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Therapy or a related field.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
- A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or physical therapy department.
