Position: Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician II to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the overall upkeep and cleanliness of our properties, including landscaping, amenities, and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of outdoor spaces and amenities.
- Handle pool maintenance and janitorial duties as required.
- Utilize technology to manage work orders efficiently.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
- Minimum of one year in a Maintenance Technician I role or two years of relevant experience in property management.
- Proficient in various maintenance skills including landscaping, appliance repair, and drywall installation.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate necessary equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related errands.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Hourly Rate: Competitive pay based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Sick Time, Vacation, and Holidays.
