Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Counselor to join our team at Woodlands Village. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a key role in promoting our Independent Living community and building relationships with seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct community tours and present lifestyle options to prospective residents
  • Host events and build relationships with seniors and their families
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet census goals
Requirements
  • Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience
  • Compassionate and interested in working with seniors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
