We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our patients, residents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including baked goods, entrees, and desserts
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work effectively with internal customers to provide excellent service
- Follow standardized recipes and HACCP guidelines to prepare and store food
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of six months of applicable experience
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
