Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counselor to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive counseling services to adults, teens, and children in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Intensive Outpatient group therapy sessions and family support adjunctive services.
  • Conduct Level of Care Assessments and maintain client files according to program standards.
  • Develop and implement treatment planning goals through collaboration with clients, family, colleagues, and other staff.
  • Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and family members.
  • Maintain professional interpersonal communication with clients, referral sources, and company representatives.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in a Human Services or related field preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree with a CADC or working towards a CADC with a minimum of one year of qualifying clinical experience.
