About the Role

As a Pedagogical Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children in our after-school care facility. You will work closely with our core time team to provide daily early care and develop a comprehensive program for children during the holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a high-quality program for children in our after-school care facility
• Work collaboratively with the core time team to provide daily early care and holiday programs
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
• Participate in regular team reflection and further training for quality assurance and improvement
