Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roll Turner/Grinder to join our team at ATI. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for turning and grinding rolls to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate roll turning and grinding machines to produce high-quality rolls.
  • Inspect rolls for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate production.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure production goals are met.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of roll turning and grinding processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
