Job Title: ICU Nurse Specialist

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled ICU Nurse Specialist to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a top-rated healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment. As a travel nurse with MedPro, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage life-sustaining therapies as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
