Revology Cars LLC is a leading manufacturer of Ford-licensed reproduction Mustang and Shelby GT automobiles. With a strong presence in the market, the company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join its team.
Job SummaryThe Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the finance and accounting functions, providing financial guidance to inform business decisions, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This role will also involve managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash flow management, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate financial statements, including monthly and quarterly reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring efficient cash flow and minimizing outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to inform business decisions.
- Review and approve capital expenditure requests, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and policies, including proper invoicing, reconciliations, and returns.
- Manage warranty budget and payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Lead internal audit and compliance processes, providing analysis and support for external audits.
- Develop and maintain business analytics and KPI reporting, including monthly variance analysis.
- Lead annual business planning process, developing expense, capital, and headcount budgets.
- Assist management and the Board of Directors with financial planning for special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- Minimum of ten years of finance and/or accounting experience.
- At least five years of experience in a key finance and/or accounting role within a manufacturing company.
- Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis and control costs, with a proven track record of identifying root causes and proposing solutions to complex problems.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Competitive base salary and performance bonus.
