We are currently seeking a Precision Machinist to enhance our Wire-Machine-Tubing Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently operate, set up, and run manual drill presses, lathes, and milling machines.
- Prepare production setups for team members.
- Execute repetitive production tasks as required.
- Interpret engineering drawings, read blueprints, and accurately measure components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform additional duties or assist at different workstations as production demands change.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with AIM CNC Wire Bending.
- At least 3 years of experience in pneumatic tabletop wire bending.
- Familiarity with pemserter machines.
- Proven ability to meet productivity standards and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment.
- Physical capability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs or more.
- Dependable and motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Experience in metal shop production.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Full-time, 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as necessary.
