Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Precision Machinist to enhance our Wire-Machine-Tubing Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently operate, set up, and run manual drill presses, lathes, and milling machines.
  • Prepare production setups for team members.
  • Execute repetitive production tasks as required.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, read blueprints, and accurately measure components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties or assist at different workstations as production demands change.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with AIM CNC Wire Bending.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pneumatic tabletop wire bending.
  • Familiarity with pemserter machines.
  • Proven ability to meet productivity standards and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs or more.
  • Dependable and motivated with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in metal shop production.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Employment Type:

Full-time, 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as necessary.
