As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of integrations, reports/analytics, and/or websites, while ensuring that all solutions are architecturally sound and meet corporate and departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the leadership role in the software development process, including project management, designing databases, designing integrations, and architecting applications.
  • Review and ensure the quality of code written by other developers.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach other developers on business applications and development practices.
  • Assist line of business with road mapping, user testing, user training, and requirements definition.
  • Support the applications/integrations for which the team is responsible, ensuring response and resolution of issues in accordance with corporate service standards.
  • Follow standards and guidelines in creation of software and to protect information, writing high-quality code.
  • Document system functionality and ensure the documentation of other projects being led is in accordance with department and corporate standards.
  • Recommend new technology and processes that can make either the products under development or department more efficient.
Requirements:
  • BA or BS degree.
  • 7+ years of job-related experience.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
  • MS Word and MS Excel skills.
Expert Level:
  • Databases (SQL, Oracle, MySql), Web Development, Programming, and Source Code Control.
