About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate House Supervisor RN to oversee the delivery of patient care in our acute care psychiatric hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and satisfaction for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Colorado (or eligibility to receive or renew)
  • A minimum of three years' experience in psychiatric nursing management
