Education:

High school, technical school, apprenticeship, trade school graduate or equivalent required

Experience:

  • Four years' experience in trade or building maintenance
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship, vocational or internal developmental program for a journeyman carpenter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to write correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Security:

Must be a Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance

Physical Demands:

Incumbents may work in conditions that require operating industrial machinery/power tools and motor vehicles. Additionally, incumbents may participate in work that requires walking, bending, squatting, and carrying materials throughout the facility
