Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in our outpatient department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of WA
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
