Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to assess their service and repair needs for Mazda vehicles.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective relationship building.
  • Uphold the company's standards for ethical practices, professional appearance, and exceptional customer service.
  • Track the status of each vehicle throughout the service process, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Boost profitability by optimizing sales and implementing promotional strategies.
  • Supervise technicians assigned to customer vehicles, ensuring efficient time management and job completion.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes.
  • Contribute to the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Formal training in service advisory skills, customer relations, and quality assurance preferred.
  • Experience in automotive service advising, particularly with Mazda, is advantageous.
  • Strong focus and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
