As an RN Practitioner, you'll be responsible for performing advanced practice procedures, utilizing the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient, and assuming personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Job Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis, and works with MD partners to assure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.
  • Perform advanced practice procedures.
  • Utilize the nursing process to promote/restores optimal health and well-being of the patient.

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a clinical or advance practice setting, preferred.
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner, from a nationally accredited postgraduate certificate program required.
  • Graduate from an Accredited School Of Nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for; and listed on the state Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry required.
  • Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty.
  • RN License required.
  • BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting.
  • ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting.
  • Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $92,692 and $214,880. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with generous match, daycare FSA that can include a company contribution, tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness and more.
