Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. Your role will be to ensure that every guest feels valued, respected, and cared for throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests throughout their stay
  • Ensuring that every guest feels valued, respected, and cared for
  • Assisting guests with their needs and requests, from restaurant reservations to spa bookings
  • Providing information and recommendations on local attractions, activities, and experiences

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will need:

  • The ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of your shift, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
