Lead Fleet Steward

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fleet Steward to join our team at J Bar Enterprises. As a key member of our fleet services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics and technicians, performing diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles, and analyzing diagnostic test results to ensure our fleet is running efficiently and safely.

• Lead a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs of our fleet
• Perform diagnostic tests on diesel vehicles to identify and repair issues
• Analyze diagnostic test results to determine the root cause of problems and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure our fleet is running at optimal levels
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our fleet is always running at its best

• At least three current ASE certifications from A1-A8 or T1-T8 series and have necessary work experience
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting techniques and procedures
• Computer skills: Basic email, sheets, docs
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
