Cardiac Catheterization Director

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a seasoned leader to assume the role of Director of Cardiovascular Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the department and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and service on a 24-hour basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and service
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to promote teamwork and improve patient outcomes
- Manage departmental resources and budget to optimize productivity and minimize costs
- Ensure effective communication and liaison with patients, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Florida
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an acute care director or manager in a cardiovascular unit
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a focus on quality patient care and service
Additional Information:
Must have experience as a Cath Lab Director or Manager. 4 Labs with Neurointerventional Suite with Biplane Angiography, Electrophysiology EP / Echo. 20 FTEs.
