Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Lifepoint Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide physical therapy services to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Communicate patient progress to supervisors and other team members, and assist with patient scheduling and post charges to patient records.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Instruct patient families or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
