Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Route Delivery Specialist to join our team at Multi-Flow Industries LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining our beverage dispensing equipment to clients across Northern New Jersey and New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on beverage dispensing equipment
  • Provide on-site support to customers, resolving technical issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Regularly deliver and restock fountain products, while ensuring proper system functionality
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and identify potential issues before they impact service
  • Train customers on best practices for operating and maintaining their systems
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate any equipment needs to management
  • Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained and stocked with necessary tools and parts
Requirements
  • Technical aptitude with experience in servicing or maintaining equipment (prior experience with beverage systems a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues on the fly
  • Excellent communication skills to guide and educate customers
  • A clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team player with a professional appearance and a commitment to safety
  • Customer-first mindset – you're here to build relationships and provide reliable service, not just deliver products
