Mixer Driver

Join BURNCO LLC as a Mixer Driver and be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and clarity. As a Mixer Driver, you will be responsible for operating a ready-mix truck in urban areas and tight construction sites. Your duties will include routine equipment maintenance, contributing to keeping locations clean and hazardous-free, and understanding and fostering a safety culture. You will also be expected to safely drive and obey all traffic laws, perform truck maintenance and housekeeping, and learn the company's safety protocol to execute work safely. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing, walking, sitting, climbing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying up to 50 lbs, and utilizing manual dexterity, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, color discernment, and active hearing/listening. You will be exposed to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smokes, gasses, and aggregate materials. Required PPE includes safety shoes above ankles, safety vests, safety glasses, ear plugs, and hard hats. If you have a Class B CDL (with air brake endorsement), a clean driver's abstract and record, and experience with concrete mixer trucks, you will be considered an asset. You must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available on short notice.
