Job Summary

Advanced Interiors Inc. is seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing flooring in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install flooring materials such as tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpet
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out flooring
  • Work with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in flooring installation and repair
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in flooring installation and repair
  • Experience working in the residential building industry
  • Experience in finish carpentry
