Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various medical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- At least one year of experience as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
