Job Summary

The Foreman is a key member of our construction team, responsible for overseeing the field construction of projects and ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of craft employees to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings with crew members to discuss job-specific safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement Job Hazard Analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks on the job site.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and inspected regularly to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with project superintendents and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other construction software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 30 training or equivalent certification.
  • SWPPP, CESCL, or equivalent certification.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction software.
