As an English language instructor, you'll be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development. You'll work closely with our team to develop lesson plans, materials, and training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You'll also need to be patient, understanding, and have a positive attitude.

Some of the key qualifications for this position include:

  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • A minimum of 3 hours per week to dedicate to teaching, class preparation, and training or peer support sessions
  • Patience, understanding, and a positive attitude
  • A strong desire to relate to students and assist them in improving their English language skills
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Optional: Teaching or ESL teaching experience and TESOL certification
