Position Overview: BrightStar Care, a family-owned and award-winning franchise, is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to engage in both client care and administrative duties within a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and mentorship to fellow CNAs and caregivers, including instruction on mechanical lifts and special dietary preparations.
  • Facilitate the readiness of new employees by sharing knowledge on client care plans, dress code, and specific client requirements.
  • Act as a primary backup for new client care and assist in filling client shifts as needed.
  • Introduce CNAs and caregivers to new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Support various office functions, including preparation for annual training and employee recognition initiatives.

Client Care Duties:

  • Deliver care as directed by nursing supervisors, encompassing tasks such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, assist with height and weight measurements, and provide support with daily living activities, including feeding and light housekeeping.
