Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of roofers and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Oversee the installation and repair of roofs, flashings, and surfaces
  • Ensure that all job sites are safe and secure
  • Manage job site inventory and equipment
  • Perform nightly seal-off duties and inspect and maintain equipment
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and management as needed
  • Address needed changes and communicate with management
  • Communicate labor and material needs for change orders
  • Communicate crew needs with management
  • Send required daily reports/videos
  • Lead and direct crew members on a daily basis
  • Train others
  • Complete career training when available
  • Assist with other day-to-day duties as requested
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in roofing industry
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • OSHA 10 & 30 certification
  • Forklift and aerial lift certification
