We are currently in search of a Project Architect to enhance our Bay Area Studios Studio. The Project Architect will deliver design assistance under the guidance of a Senior Job Captain and/or Architect, playing a vital role in project management, design evolution, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate contract documents (CDs)
  • Evaluate CDs to ensure compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and ADA standards
  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to address design issues
  • Oversee projects throughout the contract administration phase
  • Work alongside engineering consultants to guarantee design adherence
  • Support field surveys as required
  • Guide junior designers and offer constructive insights
  • Conduct client discussions to ascertain design needs

Qualifications:

  • Degree in architecture or design
  • Licensed Architect
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate interior design

Skills and Abilities:

  • Expertise in design principles and standards
  • Strong skills in interior architecture detailing
  • Understanding of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements
  • Familiarity with contract administration processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to lead and mentor junior personnel

Compensation: Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with education and experience.
