We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bel-Aire Quality Care in Newport, VT. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and comprehensive care.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring that all care is delivered with the highest level of quality and compassion.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
- A competitive hourly rate of $32.00 per hour.
